DMCA & Copyright Policy

AllYearWear respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners. If you believe copyrighted material appears on allyearwear.com without authorization, this policy explains how to report the content for review.

Providing the exact product or page URL and complete information about the copyrighted work helps us identify the material you are reporting and review the request more efficiently.

1. Submitting a Copyright Notice

A DMCA copyright notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or enough information for us to locate the material on AllYearWear.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

2. Where to Send Your Notice

Please submit copyright complaints through our Contact Us page and clearly identify the request as a DMCA Takedown Notice.

Whenever possible, include all required information in the initial submission. Missing information may make it difficult to identify or properly review the reported material.

3. How We Review Copyright Reports

When a sufficiently detailed complaint is received, we may review the identified content and supporting information.

Where appropriate, reported material may be removed or access to it may be disabled while the matter is handled under applicable procedures.

Submitting a complaint does not by itself establish that copyright infringement has occurred.

4. Counter-Notification

If material associated with you was removed or disabled and you believe this happened because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

The counter-notification should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • The required consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

Counter-notifications may be submitted through our Contact Us page and should be clearly identified as a DMCA Counter-Notification.

5. False or Misleading Claims

DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be submitted accurately and in good faith.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations concerning infringement or mistaken removal may result in liability under applicable law.

If you are uncertain whether a particular use infringes copyright, consider obtaining appropriate legal advice before submitting a formal claim.

6. Customer-Submitted Content and Repeat Issues

If AllYearWear allows customer-submitted artwork, images, text, or other materials for an eligible product, the customer is responsible for having the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

We may reject or remove material when there is a reasonable copyright or other intellectual property concern.

Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, repeated infringement concerns may result in restrictions on relevant content, submissions, or access to services.

7. Other Intellectual Property Concerns

The DMCA process primarily addresses copyright. If your concern involves a trademark, logo, brand name, publicity right, or another intellectual property issue, please use our Contact Us page and provide the relevant URL, description of the issue, and supporting information.
